4. Orders & Contract Formation
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 A contract between you and Mix Labs is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, including but not limited to cases involving:

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Pricing errors
- Stock discrepancies
- Payment issues
5. Pricing Errors & Obvious Mistakes
5.1 We take care to ensure pricing accuracy. However, errors may occur.
5.2 If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical issue, or human mistake, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Refund any payment made
- Offer the product at the correct price
5.3 We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price where the error is obvious and unmistakable.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
6.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Payment is declined
- Fraud checks fail
- A chargeback or dispute is raised in bad faith
7. Delivery
7.1 Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked24.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7.3 Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
7.4 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.
7.5 If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, we may:
- Charge for re-delivery, and/or
- Deduct original shipping costs from any refund
8. Order Cancellation
8.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
8.2 Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
8.3 Where an order has been dispatched, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty.
9. Returns Policy
9.1 Unopened E-Liquids
We may accept returns of unopened e-liquids only where:
- The tamper-proof seal remains fully intact, and
- The product is unused and in original condition
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened nicotine products cannot be resold and will not be accepted for return.
9.2 Hardware
Hardware products may be returned within 30 days if faulty.
We may require the product to be returned and inspected before issuing a refund or replacement.
9.3 Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic nature of vaping products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we may review such requests at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
10.1 If goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
10.2 We may require goods to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement, repair, or refund.
10.3 In some circumstances, we may provide a resolution without requiring return, at our discretion.
10.4 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where we reasonably believe:
- These Terms have been breached
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred
- Age verification requirements have not been satisfied
12. Chargebacks & Fraud
12.1 If a chargeback is initiated without a prior attempt to resolve the matter with us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of:
- Delivery confirmation
- Age confirmation
- Customer communications
- Fraud screening results
12.2 Fraudulent disputes may be reported to relevant authorities.
13. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability
