Mix Labs and JT’s are owned and run by the same people. Mix Labs(www.mixlabs.co.uk) is our trade business supplying retailers nationwide, with access to a much larger stock holding and inventory. This move allows our retail website to benefit from that stronger stock position.
JT’s isn’t going anywhere — this change only affects our website. The same team and service remain exactly the same.
How this works
JT’s and Mix Labs are part of the same group. By operating our retail website through Mix Labs, we’re able to draw from a larger stock holding while continuing to serve JT’s customers directly.
